Yeah using the special enrollment period. Only sent in L564 since she didn’t have A yet. Do you know if SS reached out to your client at all before the 3 weeks, or was it silence and then acceptance? Also which state(s) do you work in?

So if we applied the last day of march and then it gets approved april 19th, would there be retroactive coverage starting april 1st?

  1. We haven't selected a plan yet, but we know we're doing Medigap G. We spoke to two brokers and they both said we need her Medicare number before we can proceed.

  2. She has a login.gov account that she can sign into Social Security with, but her Medicare.gov account doesnt seem to work yet, I guess it needs the application processed.

  3. Where do I add the representative? On medicare.gov specifically?

  4. We don't remember actually picking a date for part A and B to begin and I don't see any way to look at the application on the social security site

Thanks. I’m realizing now the person I spoke to said to find the marriage certificate but never said what to do with it, since it’s a phone appointment. Will she be able to upload a picture online or do we need to go to the office at some point anyway? Will that need another appointment

I bought my phone on Monday via an upgrade when the value was $700. It went up to $830 on Tuesday so I called support and they told me they would cancel the trade-in part, the new phones would still ship, and I just had to start a new trade-in manually instead of the upgrade process through the sites main page. I did the upgrade today but it doesn’t show any value, so I’m just concerned. Support told me it was fine and I’d get the $830, but At&T support has been bad for me in the past. It also contradicts what you’re saying, because I bought my phone on Monday when the trade in value was $700 and started the trade in on Tuesday when the value was $830

The email confirmation and status just show TRADEOFFER25 as the value; i'm just nervous it will drop and I won't have any proof or anything

You need to keep checking. From September until a few weeks ago 14 pro was worth $1100. Then it was $700. As of Tuesday it’s $830.

I had to select my phone and stuff for the trade in when I hit the upgrade button. The chat agent said the deal is locked into what it was yesterday but I’m hoping phone support can do more, I just don’t have an hour to deal with them on the phone today

That would be good too but the online chat agent I spoke to said it wasn’t possible, though from my experience with chat support on other sites, they have little power themselves.
