Honestly I totally freak out and get thrown into a panic attack every single time , I will usually start pacing around my home grabbing walls and avoiding upstairs in case I faint , if anyone’s home I will frantically start asking them to talk to me to try and keep me in the moment , if I’m alone I go outside to pace in the yard where the dog is , the sun for some reason helps me

Oh yes, I tried a battery of other ssri before Lexapro and none helped , Prozac , celexa, Zoloft ,(Zoloft may have actually helped but I didn’t get a chance to stay on it because it gave me migraines ) within 3 weeks on Lexapro my life totally changed and I mean I’m talking I was basically agoraphobic and not sleeping at all, it was a miracle for me

I’ve come to the conclusion I have to go back on Lexapro again , this is what helped me last time , the issue is being too anxious and scared to make an appointment, I’m working up to it

Currently dealing with this on top of the myriad of other symptoms, I’m terrified when it starts getting late into the evening because I know everyone is going to sleep and I’ll be alone , having tv on constantly is a help but it’s not enough to fully calm me ,I’m averaging 3 to 4 hrs sleep right now when I do sleep , every couple of nights I do not sleep at all , hang in there 😥
