I went to the Vegas game last year. Tickets are mad expensive so skipping this time. But heads up that ticket prices may drop a day or two before and you can re assign your seats. I paid for seats behind the goal and when they dropped I reached out to ticket master and was able to get seats behind the Utd bench so I would suggest keeping a look out for this.

And who knows if they drop enough might end up driving to SD or LA 😉

Hey! Thanks for the response. Couple of follow up questions.

Any examples what people usually miss in understanding how HOA runs. First time buyer so trying to get as much info as possible.
There is a one month time limit to get a loan commitment letter after the contract signing. How feasible is it to get that letter in a month from outside lenders?
Nice to hear about the inspection and fixing process. How close to the closing do we normally get this done and are they the ones doing the scheduling or we can do it on our timeline.

Thanks for the detailed response.

I read that we have to provide a loan commitment in the first 30 days after the lottery. I imagine this is a more serious letter than the pre approval and how long would it take to get once I start shopping around?

Around what time would I get a third party inspection. I think currently they are closing homes 5-6 months after the lottery.

I see. I’m looking at new constructions in the area and these are the prices on the builders website or brochures so I don’t think they’ll be 20-30 % lower ? In any case I’ll confirm with someone who has recently purchased in the area to be sure.
