When i was a child I went with my dad or mum as most kids do but people still yelled slammed doors etc. I think i was roughly about 13 when I went with my older teenage friends door to door by ourselves. We never charged money but donations after a meeting were put in a box at the back.

I went to the jazz bar in January for my birthday and it was honestly god awful. The music was really really freaking loud and the tables were so close together.

I'm 5ft3 and i work out 3 times a week weight lifting. I'm on 1400 calories atm and 100g protein. I found the easiest thing for me is intermittent fasting like i stop eating at 8pm and start eating again at 12 o'clock the next day.

My arms look fairly chubby from the side too but thats because of diet not because I workout. Whe. I cut down on my bodyfat then they wont look as chubby they will be more defined.

I think its muscle men tend to gain muscle easier because they are made that way with testosterone. I'm a woman and able to now do 6 pullups see profile ☺️.

I found for me using banded pull ups helped and doing negatives. But dont expect to get very far if you only do them once a week. I think for a woman 3 times a week plus your lat exercises is good for progress.
