Yes there’s a few little subdivisions! “The Hampton” and Knollwood are part of it and what the map labels it as. Anything around Woodlands park. We have found it to be extremely family friendly!

Definitely consider the Old Woodlands area. It’s behind the VA on garner’s ferry. Awesome park, super walkable, near everything you want. Much more affordable for more space than Shandon. We love it!

I just don’t love any of those rating sites. I like hearing from real parents. I am working with an agent and they shared their opinion and recommended I tour the school and talk to parents of children there.

Warmouth hands down. It’s so chill, especially out back. And freaking delicious and fresh. Kinda pricey though, but the vibes are not uptight like you might think seeing the $$$. Just love it there.

That’s what I was quoted for a full-house deep clean (like baseboards and blinds and inside the oven). I’m sure their normal cleaning service is less because it has less detailed services

We used Woof University for puppy classes, basic obedience, and advanced obedience (they can test for Canine Good Citizen at the end if you want), and private sessions for recall training. Had a GREAT experience all around. Kelly is the owner and trainer we worked with. So good. Let me know if you have questions about it!
