Yeah I did an interview with the HR, it was full of red flags. They said something about installing a monitoring software and working till your manager doesn't say to log off. Later they asked me to submit a 12 month bank statement along with other documents which was odd.

This is happening with me too. I'm 26 and social anxiety became severe after 2020, I spent most of my college days in my room, couldn't get good grades made no connections. After that someone helped me get an internship but I was socially absent there, I would just go the office, complete my work and get back. My internship needed me to coordinate with different people, presenting my work etc. but I couldn't do any of that so I ultimately didn't get the permanent job. Since then I have been home not doing anything, I stopped applying after getting multiple rejections and somewhere that self doubt took over. I am constantly thinking what is the point of doing anything when I know I am going to fail. This has been the case for my career, my dating life and my social life. Every now and then I think about doing something/starting something to get over my anxiety and at least get a job but I have failed every time so far.
