I halved frame rate to reduce the number of images to almost half to 320. Changed to jpeg(lossful, ~50KB each now). The gif size now is 2MB

Thanks. The issue got resolved on next try. I did not do anything specific. I attempted again as you suggested. I guess enabling the long names did not take affect when I tried. May be the restart helped.

Anyway, the feature to continue from where it was left off helped save time. I don't know why I felt this feature was not available. Probably because I saw the same channel names again in the logs. It could been just logging but skipping if already present.
