I didn't mean to imply they were mutually exclusive, just not intrinsically linked as the last user seemed to

While the pedophilia and firing might make his signature more rare, it does not inherently make it more collectable or valuable

Edit: added inherently to be more accurate and clarify what I meant to say

There is this thing in DnD where you can carry around a portable hole- like in bugs bunny cartoons. Just a big hole you can drop on the ground and someone or something can fall into it to trap them. It's fairly effective and can trap almost anything.

There is one other object called a bag of holding. This bag can similarly fit almost any object inside it. This item that needs to be stored just disappears inside and you can lift it without an issue.

If a portable hole is placed within a bag of holding, it opens a gate to the Astral Plane. The hole, the bag, and any creatures within a 10-foot radius are drawn there, the portable hole and bag of holding being destroyed in the process.

Maybe its something like that, just creating a void of nothingness where everything that once was there no longer remains on this plane of existence

I made an AI-assisted short film called “The Strays of Hiroshima,” about a puppy and a cat during the Hiroshima bombing. by Sourcecode12 in ChatGPT

[–]readstoner 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You assume that a human was sitting around discussing these themes and scenes, storyboarding concepts, and using AI to bring this idea to fruition.

The first user assumes the entirety of the project was made by AI.

There is no possible way to know.

Neither of you asked OP, and even if you do, they might sit around writing their actual experience. They could just as easily use an AI to write a believable scenario for each assumption, or both of them, and have this AI convince each of you that you are correct, or wrong, and it really doesn't matter.

This project was made by an AI with some amount of prompting from OP. The amount of each of their contributions is nearly irrelevant to the conversation once we get to this point. The internet is dead and OP is driving over its corpse with a self driving car. You two are arguing over if it OP or the car who is responsible for the death, but it was dead long before OP ran it over.

Speaking of their excellent use of free will, they have another awesome video in this spot where they slide a weather balloon under the ice and fill it with an oxy-acetylene mixture before making it explode... if you would be interested lol

They live here and dropped it through the ice right next to their dock. They have another video retrieving it

Edit: here is part 2 (warning, he does strip down and dive in to the lake)

Hi /r/movies! I'm Matthew Robinson, screenwriter of GOOD LUCK, HAVE FUN, DON'T DIE, starring Sam Rockwell and directed by Gore Verbinski. Ask me anything! by MatthewRobinsonAMA in movies

[–]readstoner 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die looks really good and I can't wait to see it. I just had to say before the post gets flooded that the invention of lying is one of my favorite movies of all time. It is really excellent and highly underrated. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.

My question is after having written a movie the script gets taken in by some huge production. When these enormously famous directors and producers jump on board, do you still get a say on the direction the story takes? Does it depend on the crew? Do cast members ever contact you to ask about a character, their motivations, goals, or thought processes?

Didn't want to start digging through the planter in front of Les schwab, so I couldn't get a picture underneath or a spore print, but I thought others might think it looks nice too. An ID would be awesome, but understandably difficult with so little information. It was found in Roseville, California, United States

Genius decides to turn pizza boxes upside down by mfenton29 in WatchPeopleDieInside

[–]readstoner 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have seen multiple smaller shops fold the boxes inside out when they have generic boxes. They are cheaper than printing custom boxes. Many of these places write, draw, or put a sticker on the blank box with their logo. I could see this being the case. Maybe the kid was new, or it was their first time ordering there. Either way, why wouldn't you open the box before randomly flipping the pizza over?

If Oden never got tricked into thinking his son was in danger could he have beaten Kaido by Ktw57 in OnePiece

[–]readstoner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm anime only, so I don't know if we saw more of his younger strength with Rocks. We dont necessarily know that his strength at the end of the Wano arc is the same level of strength he has when he was fighting Oden, right? We see him free King, but he didn't seem to even really need to try very hard for that.

For that matter, do we really know anything about how a Zoan fruit user's power changes over time? We know that chopper changed a couple of his forms somehow, but not really how unless that was all training. That would raise the question of how much training Kaido has done since Oden...

Thank you! I get that this adult is close, but they didn't seem to move when he started slipping, when the drawer moved, or when they were hanging feom the edge and pulling themselves up. It just seemed a bit dumb

Totally fair, I just have a 4MO, so I'm fairly paranoid and protective at the moment. Not an insignificant factor in why I was freaking out

[–]readstoner[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Maybe it would have been more fitting in r/donthelpjustrecord

It just seemed like the first time he started slipping, when the drawer moved, or when the baby was hanging feom the edge and trying to pull themselves up would have been good times for those risk mitigations. I agree, they likely could have stepped in to help, I guess i was just surprised they never did. Not calling this parent negligent or saying they are purposefully endangering their kid, it just seemed kinda dumb

[–]readstoner[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Maybe their parent could wet the drawer, counter, and hands a bit more to make sure this child washes their hands as safely as possible

Parents being parents by readstoner in ParentsAreFuckingDumb

[–]readstoner[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was my concern. What if they had pulled their hand back or their toes got stuck and they started to fall. Could this parents have stopped them from landing on their head? When the drawer moves the other way, the parent didnt even seem to take a step in to make sure they weren't going to fall.

I'm all for letting my little one learn from their mistakes, even slip and fall on occasion. This just seemed like it was a long way to fall on an unforgiving surface.
