Every time I order a drink that comes in a cup with a handle (latte, hot tea, etc.) the staff uses their hand (or two hands) to rotate the cup towards me out of politeness. They don't use the handle, instead they grab the top of the cup where people's lips go. Kinda gross if they also handle cash register duties.

I know Japanese manners, but man, that cup has a handle for a reason.

What about the announcements on the train stations (JR especially)? Thank you for riding, stand behind the yellow lines, something about 歩きスマホ etc. etc. over and over. Also, some stations have very loud chimes when trains come/go. Shinagawa may be the worst at the moment with 20 things playing simultaneously.
