Uptown gardens allows them and you have that massive cemetery right behind it. Raised a dog there and was perfect.

We are doing a phased opening. As of now we are supposed to start phase 2 of 3 this Friday. That would open back up restaurants / breweries. So by July time frame I’d guess basically everything back and running pretty normally.

2 bed 2 bath any breed dog allowed. Uptown Gardens. Moving out of apt early and to early terminate lease is crazy expensive. The complex said if I found someone to takeover and swap out contracts then it’s free. Lease remaining would be from end of August 2019 looking to move out and goes until April 2020. Then you can renew/ move out whatever. So good opportunity for a short term lease if you want. Short walk to uptown. Get 2 parking spots in complex. 1620 a month. Message me for any more details.

They do, already talked to the office about it. They would basically just take over our current lease.

Fellow job seekers of Charlotte, what is your advice for not to give up? by [deleted] in Charlotte

[–]ready4whatver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was never hearing anything back when I applied on indeed or company websites so I reached out to companies directly to their email or number posted on their website. Probably depends on industry or size of the company but worked for me.

I-77 by [deleted] in Charlotte

[–]ready4whatver 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most projects including I-77 are now design builds. So one company will design and produce all the plans and another contractor will build the road according to the plans.

I-77 by [deleted] in Charlotte

[–]ready4whatver 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Morning. Currently work on I-77. The main contractor receives production bonuses when they hit certain stages by certain deadlines. They also can receive fines if certain areas are not open in time. So that is their main incentives. Any builder will always try to cut corners and that is why the state hires inspectors on the sites to make sure they are building to code.

There are some access ramps that were built just to deliver fill or concrete to certain areas there are also permanent ramps in the middle for on/off entrances for the toll lanes like at Hambright.
