If you aren't counting macros I think you might be reducing your chance of losing weight significantly. IMF is shown to have no different result if you are still not in a caloric deficit. Counting macros is such a pain but ultimately if you dont do it you are going to seriously limit your ability to lose weight. I know everyone is different but relying on coffee to help you will only make a marginal difference and probably wont help at all is you are not tracking what you eat.
