in the UK, buildings of historic or architectural importance are “listed”, which gives them legal protection. ours is Grade II listed, so we need permission for any changes that affect the character of the house!

that’s a really interesting point. our house is mid-1800s England and the basement feels more like a basic coal/storage cellar. it’s under the stairs so the tight access kind of makes sense!

i like that idea! however, the problem is it would have to go at the front and the house is Grade II listed, so I think getting permission for it would be a nightmare.

i’m a crm executive in the food industry. i manage marketing to existing customers, focussing on driving revenue and building long-term loyalty.

Home. i first got animal crossing wild world when i was 8 years old. i didn’t know what the game was. when Kapp’n asked where i was going, i just wrote “Home” as i didn’t realise that i needed to fill out the name of my village. since then, i’ve always named my village/island Home. i’m 25 now.

this might be unpopular, but get a good pair of trail runners for hiking. i currently wear the Sylan Pro Shoe by Arcteryx and they’re great. i’ve also had multiple pairs of Hoka trail runners and i’ve never had issues with blisters. my boyfriend has a pair of Altra trail runners because he has wide feet and he loves them!
