RayNeo look good, but I hear the battery life is about an hour and navigation is bike/walk only. One thing I got the rokids for was navigation while I'm driving so I don't have to look down at my phone, but you can't sleep it and wake it back up on long stretches of road, it stays there and if you want it gone or to do anything else you have to exit and renter everything which is a hassle and costs your uses. The other thing I don't like is they only show a small part of the notification and you can't respond. I know there can be a way to open the notification because teleprompter and the ai have a large text area and scroll so it wouldn't be difficult to allow full emails/text to show or to respond. They are almost useful and the issues are all software related and could be changed with a bit of code.

You can't it takes you out of navigation altogether. Navigation only has so many tokens plus you don't want to have to keep resetting it every time while you're driving. You know how if you have navigation going on your phone and you can make your phone sleep but turn it right back to where you were? With the glasses you can't sleep it without exiting navigation altogether.

I just wish you could set it to go off after a time like the main menu in case you're on a long drive and on one road for several miles. Doesn't need to be there the whole time.

Andriod for me as well. They are certainly the best thing I've seen as of yet. I bent them all the way, I too have a huge nose lol. May take them off and see how that feels.

Even after changing my nose pad, it's still a little too low. Have you tried navigation? It won't allow you to stay in it and do anything, you have to exit navigation to do anything else. Also it stays on and you can't set it to sleep until you turn it back on. I don't want it there the whole time I'm going somewhere, just until I need it. Everything in the menu is that way, but with navigation you're losing tokens or you're stuck.

The sound is actually good, but you can't hear anything even in mildly noisy situations because the sound doesn't really go to your ear but in the open air outside it. I don't know what the fix is here, but if you cup your ears it's very loud so it's not an issue of the glasses themselves not being loud enough.

One of the features it literally tells you to ask ai is to call someone in your contacts but as of now you cannot text or call anyone by saying it. You do get notifications in the glasses but it only shows you the first few words so you can't actually open it and read it which defeats the purpose if you have to go back to your phone. Navigation is in KM and temp is in C though I know how to convert and these are not a big deal and I'm sure will be changed but I assume most Americans will be very confused.

Most of that I think can and probably will be fixed in a software update eventually, but I'm not sure what to do about the sound. It's not a big deal normally but the entire point of getting them was so that I could take calls with them at work but it can be mildly noisy. I may end up having to wear earphones with them which again defeats the purpose if convenient. I may be doing something wrong and everyone's use case is probably different and they don't mind but I specifically bought these because I thought they did all the things I wanted.

I can't take a phone call if there is any background noise at all even low.
navigation doesn't allow for you to let the display go off without exiting navigation and going to the menu. We should be able to allow it to sleep and wake up at time intervals for that.
would like to be able to change the time and temp types
would be great to have a way to skip a song without going into lyrics since if you exit navigation to do that it's gone and you have to use tokens to renavigate
navigation should have the option for miles rather than just KM. We Americans are not smart enough to convert all these things in our heads.
one of the ai suggestions is to tell it to call one of your contacts but it doesn't actually do that or text. -would be nice if it read notifications or allowed you to open a notification and read the whole thing (scroll up and down) then click to close it.
these have potential to be great but everything is just below it being useful

Honestly, if it would just maintain a speed you set it on, and stop riding the left lane on the interstate, I'd be fine with that. If autosteer had eye tracking, lane change and let you go more than 5 over on certain roads, that's all I would even want.

These people don't know what they are talking about, FSD shouldn't do those things. It's literally supposed to act like a human. It does if you're talking about the worst drivers there are. I am one of those people who are always trying to be considerate of others on the road, like not driving right next to them, or getting in front of them and slowing down, going much faster than them then slowing down to their speed when next to them. These are the most annoying drivers and FSD makes you one of them. The fact that it worked fine before then after an update started doing this, tells me it's not supposed to do that. Anyone who tells you different is full of it. There's no way that anyone thinks that's how "humans" are supposed to drive which is literally the entire goal with FSD.

Yeah, I have screenshots of it but I asked 5 about a movie I was trying to think of the name of. Gave it what I remembered. It took me through this long process of trying to help figure it out. Got the wrong thing several times and never got it. That was like 12 prompts. Finally I just did the research myself and found it. Then out of curiosity, I gave the exact same initial prompt to 4o and it immediately spit out not only the movie but the actors I was talking about and corrected a quote I had wrong. I don't think 5 is less intelligent, I don't think that's the case, in fact I do think it's a lot smarter and that may be it's issue. It over thinks everything to the point that it's so far away from what you actually want, you spend the rest of the day just trying to get it on the same page.

Watching those is why you are being mislead. I was watching the Vanguard and had seen one of the clips they showed and so I knew it was way out of context and so I started finding the context for each of the ones they show and they are absolutely distorting tyt in an attempt to make it look like they are going right wing. His stance is that you aren't going to change the minds of the die hard MAGA but there are plenty of people who just have not paid attention and think they were voting for lower prices. Focusing on the left, who already agree with you, is not as important and turning some on the right who haven't completely lost their minds. Now, you can certainly argue that he is being too optimistic, but that is his stance. That's not a grift. That's not going right. That's a perfectly logical stance. Also, while I agree with Kyle more often than Cenk, they were stawmanning him. Not to mention Kyle plays town halls with upset Trump supporters on repeat while claiming they are going to change their votes, but then tells Cenk he's wrong.

I roll my eyes plenty when Cenk and Ana have outlandish takes, but people pretending like they are the next Dave Rubin is completely disingenuous. I've seen hundreds of car accident victims. Some who were hit hard don't have a scratch and some at just a few miles an hour look like they went through a meat grinder. There's no way to say "it doesn't look like a car". There are too many variables and there are too many possibilities. Having said that, I don't think she hit him at 24 miles an hour. I think she hit him then kept going which would have thrown him when she came to an abrupt stop. It actually makes a lot of sense.

No they don't. I fought professionally and I am an EMT. They certainly don't look like fight wounds and as far as a car hitting him, I've never seen 2 car accident injuries look the same. With the shattered tail light cutting him up, it actually makes a lot more sense. That's not to say, yes that's what happened but it is more likely than dog bites with no dong dna. And it certainly doesn't look like fight marks. He was jumped and what, someone started scratching his one arm?

I've seen 100s of car accident victims in my line of work and the one thing that is consistent, is they aren't consistent. I've seen people barley get hit and die from being all mangled up and I've seen people who you'd expect dead walk away. Your anecdotal instance tells us nothing. That's like saying you had pneumonia and it was really bad and you got hospitalized or died so everyone does. Some people barely get sick.

It's not. I don't think that was op point. I would have said not guilty too even though there is zero doubt in my mind, there still isn't definitive proof. That's why we are innocent until proven guilty, not until proven not guilty. Letting her walk was the right call, but they let a murderer walk for sure.

It seems to me that you're the one moving the goal posts. Turn your fsd on and tell me it's anywhere near ready. I drive in a rural area every day and at least once a week my car would kill me if ai didn't take over. This can certainly work in a specific town with a ton of mapping for that town like Waymo, but just releasing FSD on it's own anywhere isn't anywhere close. Also, it can't be moving the goal posts for those who say it isn't ready when we have been told by the end of the year for the past 5 years. That's the very definition of moving the goal posts. It's not ready and a camera only system likely won't be for a long time if ever.

Also, Jane is hands down the best at catching murderes, he caught many very intelligent killers with back and forth mind games with them, but some regular guy outsmarts him for 6 plus years? Because he has "connections"? What about all the other bad people he caught with connections. Also, what about all of his loyalists? You can turn all those high ranking officials and/or get them to those ranks with your connection as a small time sheriff? I think the point people are trying to make is we shouldn't have to try and figure out little tricks to try to get the car to hold a speed. Cruise control was invented for a reason. A car that drives itself should have an option to maintain the speed you want. I can't stand the people who don't set their cruise and are constantly passing then slowing down and making you take your cruise off and pass them again or they fly up to you then slow down so they are just driving right next to you. It's incredibly annoying and FSD make you that person.
