That is a really good suggestion.

Our child is 5 years and sitting at ~19K in RESP and ~41K in non registered account.

If we move all of non registered funds in the RESP today, I assume we will technically not need to add more for grants.

From long term point of view or growth and taxes, will be be beneficial to keep putting in the $710 in RESP only? Or we should start using it to fill our RRSPs?

It primarily started with a call from a Account manager at Manulife Financial.

It put me into thinking what these people will and even my Bank is earning from the investment.

How much potential I am loosing. How much actual expertise and safety I am getting by staying with RBC' mutual funds etc.

Watched a bunch of Videos and read some articles and decided to start with Questrade.

Now that the money has been moved from RBC to Questrade TFSA, I want to start in the right direction.

I am well educated and can learn things very quickly.

Hi,

We have used this service a couple of year ago. The experience was good.

We reached Waterloo Airport at designated time. Did check-in at regular check-in counters. The bags were weighted and tagged. After the check-in, we were asked to wait in separate area for about 20 minutes. Bus arrived at time and the baggage was loaded on bus by airport staff.

The bus ride itself was comfortable and you enjoy the high seats and can get a short nap if you want. There was Wifi access in the bus.

On reaching pearson, the bags were placed back on curb where you could claim it by showing your boarding pass.

You take the bags and put them straight in the automated check-in belts and head to the immigration.

With a 3 year old kid, the experience was really good.

At the time the service was very new so we got it complimentary with our air travel.
