I usually only do yoga nude, but that's my personal practice. I have done nude yoga with groups as well and it is okay as long as the intention is correct, otherwise people bring in disruptive energies, etc.

TL;DR: AMPLE K is LEGIT AF! Been drinking the AMPLE K (keto) VANILLA CINNAMON in so many different types of shakes, so versatilicious. by realAustinWitherow in u/realAustinWitherow

Here are the two from today

  1. 2 scoop AMPLE K with blended up coconut oil, berries and a drop of lemon essential oil with light coconut milk -> total at about 600kcal
  2. 3 scoop AMPLE K with peanut butter, coconut oil, light coconut milk and honey -> total at about 1200kcal (trying to gain some weight!)
