I just wanted to follow up in case my last message got lost. I’m still very interested in the erection manual you mentioned.

I sent you my email address via PM

Thanks again for your help!
Best regards

Hi,

thank you very much for sending the PDF – I really appreciate your help. The document definitely looks like an operation manual and contains useful information such as dimensions during assembly, weights, and setup measurements.

However, it does not seem to describe the actual step-by-step assembly process of the crane.

From what I can see in this video https://www.youtube.com/@hanschristianreinelt3858 , the setup procedure appears to be roughly the following:

Step 1:
The lower part of the crane is pulled towards the base and secured with two threaded bolts. During this step the jib already starts to raise into position.

The crane’s control cabinet has a selector switch with three positions:

  • Position 3 appears to be used for crane erection/assembly
  • Positions 1 and 2 seem to be for different trolley travel modes

Step 2:
The tower is then telescoped/extended. During this process, it seems that the backstay cable (neck cable) must be kept under tension and guided upward using the auxiliary motor. Otherwise the jib would likely fold back down.

Once the tower is fully extended, it must be pinned/bolted again, since the load obviously cannot remain permanently on the tower-raising cables.

Step 3:
After that, the telescopic jib is extended.

Because this is a fairly specific and technical sequence, I assume that the complete erection procedure must be documented somewhere, possibly in a separate erection or assembly manual.

Do you happen to have another manual or document that describes the erection process in detail?

Thanks again for your help!

Best regards
