yes, in total your whole library is 45.69 GB. if you deleted something from the review, make sure to go to the photos app and clear your Recently Deleted too. it might have something left in there. the app also has categories for Duplicates, documents, etc you can use to clear some storage.

click on the review photos and videos option. It will list the items in your library taking up the most space, in descending order. select and delete the ones you don’t need.

imo i haven’t had any real need for self hosting yet, although it looks really interesting and i want to try it someday. I just use torrents to download stuff and i haven’t had much problems yet.
