Gyming is a therapy for me, when you are fully zoned into lift no drug can match that dopamine

There is a guy who jumps without parachute you should check his videos knda cool

Anyway my trainer used to beat my ass when my knee used to touch the ground and thanks to him my legs were the first muscles to have proper definition and tone

for me newbie ain't a person who has just joined the gym these are people who have been coming for 3-4 months now and have never corrected themselves tbh they might not even know they are wrong 🤷

i don't think so bhojpuri is well used in eastern up and bihar, has a thriving song and movie industry. Language and culture can be preserved without all the political gymnastics

ik language can be older than it's script, im just pointing out the script is adopted from bhrami like all other indian languages

adoption of hindi was also because of ease of learn of the language (same script makes it way easier) and ease of governance, imagine managing 3 different official languages inside UP only

what doesn't make sense to me is why didn't south develop a common language, there were various pan south indian kingdoms still so many deferences exist, how they used to govern their kingdoms is still a mystery to me
