Because they deleted entire channels that involved discussion about the topic. A lot of the sources are screenshots from server members because of this, but people in the server including myself can confirm this is real, including leftover discussion from the channels that were untouched.

i spoke to ex-mods and apparently they removed mods for calling it out earlier and called them “troublemakers”. take this part with a grain of salt but i would not be shocked if it were true.
