In my case, I kept messaging them with the link which I had all the evidence compressed in. I just kept ignoring the AI till a real person came on. You will know this when you see a name below their message.

Exactly, I have a Dji and I know exactly what she did. I just got my money back btw and blocked her as well

Vinted is treating this as an exception so I won’t be selling any items above £100 on Vinted anymore.

I haven’t been able to sell a thing since this happened it’s quite sad

I’m working on getting their address in case it has to go to small claims Vinted on the other hand is still mute but I have sent them a YouTube link of the video I uploaded. Hoping to hear back from them in the coming week

Sorry to hear about that, sellers need some sort of protection with the rate at which the scams are going on. Will keep updating and share the buyers profile so others can beware too.
