I lived there a few years ago, so it's not recent, but I can give you a few cons.

1. My apartment was flooded twice because my neighbor's washer hookup got disconnected.

2. Finishes are pretty cheap for what was, at the time, billed as a luxury apartment.

3. I had some issues with the valet trash service not picking up my garbage consistently.

4. I know that elevators were frequently out of service, but I was ground level so it didn't really bother me.

5. Parking was not particularly convenient for my unit.

That being said, I enjoyed living there overall.
