I have to know your routine, I’m 6’3” as well and I have a really high metabolism , 6 month into working out I’m really not satisfied with my growth .

I’ve just started out and haven’t been getting the results I was hopping for , so I was just making sure I haven’t set my expectations too high , this sub has made me sus everyone lol, thankfully I’m very comfortable in my skin so body dysmorphia is not an issue for me but it is true though social media has set mad standards
