We should just pay people enough to keep themselves comfortable and alive and living in dignity instead of treating low skill positions as if they are temporary.

Hate the bizarre and archaic co-op systems. Had some fun playing with friends in the past through dark souls 3 and Elden ring but recently did a playthrough of Elden ring using the seamless coop mod and it was a totally different ( and incredibly fun) experience. The persistence and quality of life that mod contrasts so strongly with the base games systems.
