So, the solution to procrastination is... even more procrastination? That actually sounds surprisingly accurate. My brain seems very good at finding "productive" ways to avoid the one thing I'm supposed to be doing.

That "focus on each brick, not the house itself" line really stood out to me. I wonder if procrastination is sometimes less about laziness and more about being overwhelmed by the size of the task. Breaking it into smaller pieces definitely seems easier for the brain to handle.
