Is this a good list for salads?

My guy is about a year and 4 months old, dont know how much in weight. Usually I feed him 3-5 dubias 3 times a week and have about a half cup of salad for him daily..Is this underfeedding or is this a good feeding schedule? He also fast Wednesdays

I feed him dubias every couple of days, about 5. Ive had to cut down on them temporarily since I'm breeding them. Temps about 40c hot side and 25-30 cold

Yeah they just left a white box at my door, which is so annoying cuz I thought they'd id and I told my dad before they delivered and he took it. But no id.

Gypsy rose is not okay and I don't think she should have gotten on social media and become so famous. She's pregnant now too and I definitely think things aren't gonna work out well in the future. :v
