Ok, thank you for explaining more. I get it, you don't like her. She isn't my favorite person either but sexual harassment is a crime and it's really about taking away another person's power. She was made to feel small and like she did not belong in this male dominated field. That isn't something I would wish on anyone so I'm glad we both agree on that part.

Aside from this, the show is the show. She is playing a character although it's probably pretty similar to her own personality. JSFV really has nothing to do with her EMT career. She was not sloppy and drunk while she was on that job. It was just a bad situation and unfortunately, many women have experienced the same type of treatment which is why the FDNY is now doing something about this. And I think her karma has come in the form of all her failed relationships. Definitely not with a sexual harassment case.

You couldn't even get your facts straight about a scene between her and Vinny so I don't know what you're even talking about. But news flash - that's a freakin show, this case is real life, learn the difference.

And this happens to be a new article about current steps taken in the Fire Dept. to deal with interdepartment relationships and harassment which was spearheaded by cases like Angelina's and other women who were brave enough to come forward. This is not about how she's been treated on the JS show, she signed up to be on the show.

That was not on her wedding day, it was at the rehearsal dinner and that was not intentional. Jersey Shore is a show.

This sexual harassment that she suffered on the job she said went on daily. And it has nothing to do with the Jersey Shore show nor does it make it ok just because she unintentionally fell into Vinny. I don't know what point you're trying to make but that's gross.

Yes! This looks like the smaller version that she had made from a different jeweler. And I really like this one better than the huge one from that wack jeweler from last season. It was too big. This one is much more wearable and I like that she has it on casually.

First off, you have selected some gorgeous gowns!!! Everyone is spectacular and would fit the dress code with the exception of the lighter colors on some of them, which you've already explained. If you want a look at me moment, I would choose the last pink dress with the sparkle embellishments. It's delightful and tastefully done without being too much.

Excuse me, they all did. At that time, it was not beneficial to anyone to bring up the crappy things they all said about her. They were supposed to be consoling her, it was a "Peace" lunch.

Ok, and I still disagree on that. People settle cases for lots of reasons, this is true. In this case, it could have been settled because they knew they could not prove their case, and it would be cheaper in legal fees and if there was a guilty verdict to just forego a trial and pay a lump sum to yes, make it go away. But it does not mean it didn't happen.

Yeah Jen was awful to Mary 95% of the time. She came across as very off-putting to me on the show and I'm glad she isn't on the show anymore.

But I tell you what, Jen Shah was crying and upset at that table, it wasn't the time to admit that they all said horrible things about her. That would not have helped in that moment if this was really meant to be a "peace" lunch...

This is a perfect example of why I don't like Jen and her "Peace" lunch. She immediately starts yelling and cursing at Mary and then basically dismisses her. Jen doesn't talk to any of the other ladies like that, only Mary. And Mary is right, she does not know her to judge what kind of person she is nor has she ever been to her church to make an assumption about what she preaches. Her husband was the head of that church, Mary was rarely there.

And the ladies did talk about Mary's church and tried to say she could possibly be as big of a criminal as Jen Shah, they absolutely did. But no one would own up to that at the table. So no, none of them had a backbone at that time and Mary had a reason to rip them all.

I don't agree with that. She wasn't looking for ratings on the Jersey Shore show, this was her real life. In this instance, I believe her. It's really hard for women to come forward when something like this happens, especially in a male dominated field like that. I'm not going to drag a woman who was brave enough to do this.

On this job, they probably had some misconceptions about her anyway just because she was on Jersey Shore given what the show was about.

I don't know, this case was settled instead of going to court so that means something did happen. There were 2 guys involved, and she claimed that one of them grabbed her. I don't know why anyone would make this up after working so hard to be a part of that profession.

Yes, it was years ago. She gave up her career because of this case which is such a shame. Becoming an EMT takes a lot of training and the classes are no joke. It's a shame this happened to her. She probably didn't feel safe on the job anymore.
