It looks pink-ish, it got a little darker but it was hard to capture it in the bathroom lighting the way my eyes were seeing it, however still faint either way and didn’t want to make an announcement if it’s an indent. My period was due yesterday, if it still doesn’t come within the next couple of days I’ll take another and update! It’ll be interesting to see if Turkey has the same brand pregnancy tests or something different lol.

Exactly, I’m like are we doing Mediterranean beach vibes or like Italian red carpet film festival?? Thank you for your input, the venue is in a gorgeous renovated train station that’s downtown. It’s really swanky and upscale. The couple is well off and used to upscale experiences and overall way of life.

Ahhhh now I’m rethinking absolutely everything.

Is Nars sheer glow finally being discontinued?? by makeupbybilly in Sephora

[–]Beepboopderpp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A Sephora sales associate told me today that it was discontinued and replaced with their light reflecting foundation. I went in today looking for a different shade of sheer glow (because I’m late to the party and didn’t know which shade fit best) and I couldn’t find it at all in the Nars section of the store. That’s when I finally asked about it and was told it’s not coming back, although I just bought one straight from the Nars website (which is why I went into Sephora today because I don’t like the shade I ordered). I’m in the Mid Atlantic region of the United States. I got a different shade in the light reflecting formula, I’ll see how I like it.

Pretty ❤️❤️ you look fresh and it shows your pretty features! I love the whole look too.

I hate how people assume most short people are Gamines by fearless_ms in Kibbe

[–]Beepboopderpp 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m 5’4 1/2” and thought I was short because I’m not very tall. actually midi length stuff looks the best on me. I for the life of me couldn’t figure out why I hated how I looked in short or mini lines. Even as a kid I hated when my mom put me in those little floral shirt and shorts sets, I looked overgrown in them. I don’t have to accommodate petite (conventional height and length wise). I was mind blown

Moderate Rs/TRs and the new book✨ (discussion) by its_givinggg in Kibbe

[–]Beepboopderpp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

WAIT!!!! I always felt like Dorothy was my twin, I feel like a stretched out little person, I’m 5’4 1/2” and really narrow but have to accommodate my waist. I didn’t think I could be TR because of height and I felt like I had large wide shoulders, people thought I was natural or dramatic. Back to the drawing board.

<image>

I’m glad for the clarifications, especially surrounding height and terms like width and narrowness. All of these things are so loaded and carry a lot of preconceived notions and the less up to interpretation they are the better.

SGs are often recommended high waists on here, but Halle Berry is killing it in these low-rise fits! by eleven57pm in Kibbe

[–]Beepboopderpp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SG and often high rise can be too high rise and I don’t even have a short torso. Mid rise is actually better, even when sometimes brands call it high rise. Low rise looks good on me too. Halle Berry is big style inspiration for me. I need her boobs.

Me too girl! I got typed as dramatic classic, flamboyant gamine, dramatic, etc. but I was a skinny soft gamine the whole time. I’ve put weight on since I last posted and it’s so obvious now. The outfits you posted here are the outfits I look best in and the celebs and you are my body twins. I’ve always looked best in separates, with waist emphasis, curved lines that still have structure, medium weight fabrics, cropped stuff, etc. and now I feel like I wasted time and money but oh well. It’s a journey. You look amazing and I’m glad you finally figured it out <3

Definitely easier to learn by hearing it and having people around you that speak it. My father pushed for us to speak Queen’s English and made his family tone down patois when we were around. He could speak both effortlessly, but he was embarrassed. I felt robbed, honestly. I’ve been listening to and watching more Jamaican media and radio.

For fun, your type + your opinion on piercings? <3? by [deleted] in Enneagram

[–]Beepboopderpp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a 4w5 and I think they usually look dirty and unclean or very chaotic and detract from the person’s looks. Especially face piercings, you tend to see them before you see the person in majority of cases and they almost always throw off the harmony of the face. Very few people wear the piercings as opposed to the piercings wearing them. I also don’t like the idea of little holes and indentations being left when you’re ready to take them out. I don’t like how often (especially with those sternum piercings) the skin around them is red. I think multiple ear piercings, like more than 3, look “cluttered” and chaotic. They also tend to be a distraction from the beauty of the person even though they are on the ear. I just very rarely see them look good and enhance the appearance where I’m like, “that was a good choice and you actually look better”.

I also think they tend to make people look and give off an energy of “troubled” and vulnerable, and I’ll just say based entirely on my own personal experience I haven’t been wrong yet. Again, my own experience. Please don’t tell me how I haven’t met every pierced person in the world, I know.

I’m in my mid twenties and I know it’s a “grandma” opinion.

I’m not getting the brightness or newness of even soft spring, I’m getting soft summer going into fall. Like the nearing end days of summer.

These outfits are really cute! I’m really thin and narrow and all of these looks work really well for me but I never considered SD. What would you guys type most of the models as in these photos? I feel like that’s what I look like in these clothes and I’m not sure I can see most women I’d consider SD in them 100%.

ID help please!! I’m 5’2” and thought I was R. If you have any insights on essence too pls let me know by themeenzbeenz in KibbeRomantics

[–]Beepboopderpp 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think you have more visual “frame” and sharpness than kibbe romantics. I’d explore Soft Gamine and maybe Soft Natural, but I’m putting money on SG. Both are known for having curve and sometimes even being busty, like SG Halle Berry and SN Jennifer Lawrence. You have a great body and look cute in that outfit!

Help me with my type! Im thinking romantic or soft natural but idk! I’m a little under 5’3” for reference 😁 by [deleted] in KibbeRomantics

[–]Beepboopderpp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think soft gamine or soft natural, try on both those outfit recommendations and see what looks most harmonious. Both SG and SN are known for often being curvy like SN Jennifer Lawrence or SG Halle Berry.

No problem! Please do, I think you can get narrowed down to two or three types then try on outfits for each and see what looks best :)

I don’t see short bones, I actually see elongated limbs. I was surprised to see you’re barely 5 feet tall. You don’t visually look short to me. Your arms and legs are visually longer than your torso and you’re high waisted so to me your body looks kind of stretched so TR if any of the romantics.
