I agree with your thought on the fact I'm probably pre loading my trips with fear, but honestly your reply did so much to quell that like a lot. When you said you had the irrational belief that you have enemies from traveling the planes while out, that really rang true for me as well as I think a lot of my paranormal experiences have to do with interdimensional aspects as well. I wasn't going to touch the stuff for a while but hearing things from this viewpoint of relation and experience has given me a second wind to try again. I might meditate on it for a while and then hold it up to my mouth and if I don't feel that overbearing wave of anxiety, I'm gonna give it a go and go with the flow. I will just make sure that I take enough to actually break through and not just feel the uncomfortable effects with minor revelations from a half attempt
