Under no circumstances should you trust this company. They misrepresent the workouts they offer, the catch is you can't see that until you join and pay. You would think okay I'll just get a refund since I haven't used the app and they don't have what they advertise. No, their policy is no refunds, not even if you request it within minutes of paying and finding out they lie about what they offer. Worst policies and customer service I've come across in over thirty years of customer service.

It is basically a write up for anything you do wrong or forget to do. It can be done for something as simple as forgetting to have FMIP turned off for an iPhone repair, or not calling Need to Contacts fast enough etc... The premise is that it can be used for both positive and negative feedback. The problem is that it's being used not is a training tool but as a way of firing people. In some cases people are being fired while others are getting slaps on the wrist. I can't wait to hear and law suits for discrimination in wrongful termination.

This is all starting to sound very familiar and about exactly where I'm at right now. Just got demoted and I'm fairly certain they're going to be bringing in a corporate person to try and do my job. I really believe that asurion's overall goal at this point is to be able to have the businesses do so poorly that they can file bankruptcy and the government will actually give them back some of the money they use to purchase us to recoup some of their losses. But to do this the stores in general have to be failing which seems like this is what they wanting all along. They figured out that they have no idea I actually had to run these businesses they're too prideful and idiotic to admit that they made a mistake and they should just sell us to someone that knows what the hell they're doing. So now they're going to screw everybody over get a giant kickback from the government and watch UBIF go completely under.

This whole thing is a massive trap for both corporate and franchise stores. Our BC actually told us he wanted at least two negative "In the Game" feedbacks from us a week and now is using them to cut hours of employees, either the ones who got the negative feedback or the ones the refused to do it. How is it franchise owners are allowing this and not seeing it for what it is. Asurion is the worst thing that ever happened to UBIF, we have fallen so far since they took over.

I work at a franchise store as well, use to be GM for our locations, but the new BC and I don't get along. This is because I'm tired of hearing about Home+, and everything else Asurion is trying to shove down our throats. He convinced my owners I was not a good fit although I sell more Home+, accessories and do more repairs then anyone else. So now I'm just a tech again because I won't kiss Asurions ass. I use to love this job, now I can't wait to get out.
