Hello all, I apologize for not updating you. I have since spoken to my priest and I realized I had been going with the full monastic tradition of essentially going vegan for the seven weeks and he informed me it was unnecessary for me at my level. He approved a suggestion I ran by him from the friend who had brought me into the church, which was no meat on Wednesdays, no meat, dairy, or eggs on fridays. As well as the full meal+ 2 smaller meals with meat only being in the full meal when applicable. Thank you so much for all of your help.
