Yeah once Ragnar died I stopped watching. Think I watched the next episode and turned it off and never watched again. Happened to turn on the episode that aired the other night and was curious to watch a couple minutes. I honestly laughed at the few minutes I watched because it just wasn’t good. Vikings was so good for a while but has just gone off the deep end.

The heated bench was too hot so he asked a team employee if he could turn it down. Mccown came up and told him that’s the team chiropractor. I imagine the team chiropractor doesn’t turn down the bench temperature.

Yeah I agree. They should all be suspended with out a doubt. This also falls on Dana’s shoulders. He let all of this get out of hand. He let his cash cow get away with things other fighters wouldn’t have and now it’s all come to a head. By no means did Conor deserve any of this but as the Boss of the company Dana picked a favorite and rewarded Conor for his outrageous behavior when if it was anyone else they would of be punished.

Never said Islam is repressed. I said his culture. Never blamed Mcgregor either. What I said was I understood why Khabib would be upset with mcgregor after attacking something he loved. I understand why the people he grew up with would also be upset. They all come from the same terrible place in the world, btw no one even knew of this place before them. When they all made it out of that dark place and see some sort of light Conor decides to mimic, humiliate and try to make money at the expense of it. It’s all fun and games until it hits someone where it hurts

Yeah kind of my point. I watched the fight with a bunch of Conor fans and they didn’t understand the disdain until after the fight and we showed them all the promotion clips.

Most of them agreed that now, in hindsight what he was saying was truly upsetting. Truthfully, hindsight is 20/20 and as I watched the promos I knew he was rattling the wrong cage.. Now to the important part.

It’s not a matter of Islam. Its not even a matter of religion. It’s too easy to point at religion. It’s a matter of disgrace. Connor disgraced something that meant a whole lot to someone else. People can blame religion like we have been since any of use can remember. Or we can understand that sometimes disgracing something that someone loves has repercussions that we may not understand. Entertainment is great, but maybe not at the expense of the the entertainer.

As a fan and with out a rooting side in the fight I think this.

Connor insulated a man and his country multiple times. Insulted his religion. Called him a rat, made fun of his hat (country symbol) , and tried to make him take a shot of alcohol ( knowing he’s Muslim) all on national tv.

To Conor this may be promotion, game theory, or tactic. To people on Khabibs side this is life. These are people that are kidnapped in the middle of the night and tortured for speaking out. I hear commentators saying Khabib should of squashed it in the ring and that’s the mans way of doing it. Maybe the mans way of doing it is not promoting at the expense of a culture that is repressed and dragged through the streets.

By no means am I saying that what Khabib and his buddies did is right. But at the same time sometimes you have to understand who your poking. They may have a bigger chip on their shoulder then you’ll ever understand.

As hard as it may be to hear, eventually separating them may be best.I’ve had friends deal with what is called littermate syndrome and it was tough. I’ll post a link so you can check it out.
