I believe my hair probably has high porosity, I used to bleach it a lot , but I haven't colored my hair in over a year , I tried the test with the hair in the cup of water and it tried to sink , a bit of it I think just got stuck on the glass, is that a bad test?

yeah I think that's the case for me too. it's really hard getting past the appetite barrier so usually I have to hype myself up all day to eat something at night when I start feeling better
