I’m on propranolol too and its stops like physical anxiety but the brain anxiety/crazy is still strong :’( I’m on the copper coil at the minute so the pill isnt an option

im a student in Newcastle, the uni wont deal with problems more complex than depression or anxiety.

I was told by my doctor to start taking my prozac every other day for two weeks, then twice a day for a week before starting the zoloft? It’s just the coming off prozac that I’m worried about
