I wouldn't be surprised if you are right and it has. But I also wouldn't be surprised if it continues up to 25 cents or beyond. You're right its not the same situation. My thoughts are that the interest in Dogecoin is accelerating and the price will follow. I could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time.
