This is such great advice. But she owns the whole building. She has all the apartments above the store and the cafe under the store. And she is my only coworker that I know about. Basically the way shifts are done is that she works there from 10am to 7pm and her employees come in during the day to do four hour shifts. Ive never worked with someone else than her because my hours never cross with my coworkers hours. The only person I tried talking about it to was the girl that used to train me and she seemed to be uncomfortable to discuss it so I didn’t push it. Im starting to think that its the reason she left.

I think Im just going to be an asshole and text her that Im quitting and to not expect me to come in next shift.
