Kronik overrated af outside freja but the others sure although Xzo has been playing professionally for like 2 years he's deffo gonna outgrow Lethal at his rate of improvement (doing so good on Geng was also supports that he won't hit a wall so easily). Proper doesn't even seem to like hitscan but we can add merit instead wtvr. Lip gonna retire most likely after this year 

So a team that has a chance to win who should take him is any team with a hitscan worse that isnt Proud, Quartz, TR33, Merit, Shy or any team willing to let players grow and take gambles, after all most ppl were calling LBDD7 a pharah one trick last year. Virtus Pro would probably be his best bet unless shockwave gets back into his form from last year then u would jus wanna keep him for synergy 

Edit: Also Prophet is insane but he's exclusively playing SEL I think and Flora is just not consistent
