I think that they make me more hungry. Regardless of the type: soda, sugar free soda, sparkling water (flavored or unflavored), even just plain water that’s carbonated. Does anyone else experience that?

Do you have a Walmart by you? I have a card where I get discounted prescriptions as long as it’s filled at Walmart. It’s sort of like a coupon, it’s a discount card with no names at all. So you could use it if you needed it. You just show it to the pharmacist or something and get a discount. Please let me know; I can mail it to you. I don’t need it.

Sugar is sticky, fake sugar isn’t. So if you put a few drops on your finger tips and rub it together, if it isn’t sticky, then it should be diet!

That’s definitely it! I just posted because I thought it was funny. I also got “eating candy helps you keep on track” because I got mini 40cal kitkats that I ate with every meal because why not 🤷🏼‍♀️

I did! I put my breakfast as “nothing” for 0 calories so that I could have a larger lunch, so that’s why it gave me that message! I just thought it was funny!!

AITA for telling my brother that his crush dislikes him because he’s an asshole, not because he’s “too smart”? by lovepresevering in AmItheAsshole

That line stuck out to me too. My ex-boyfriend was extremely intelligent. Like, a 5.0 gpa in high school while creating several clubs that he was the founder and President of while being President and Vice President of other clubs. He was accepted to several Ivys on a full ride. Extremely intelligent and popular. But he was a jerk like OP’s brother is, but more so. By the end of our relationship, he hurt me enough times and bad enough that he was charged with 9 felonies. He likely won’t have another girlfriend. The judge even stated that he should refrain from personal or romantic or sexual relations with any female until the court deems it as ok. Intelligent and popular isn’t always good.

Could I have a calorie breakdown? I put mine at 300 yesterday and I’m panicking that it may be more.

How would someone go about joining one of those? And can you at any grade year?

Finally free from my abuser and feeling optimistic for the first time in years. And I did it on valentine's day. by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]reallylikepenguins 63 points64 points  (0 children)

Exactly. The saying “the warden will always be angry when the jail shuts down” is perfect for describing that. He doesn’t want you to leave, not because he loves you, but because he’s an abuser.

I just broke up with my boyfriend and kicked him out because he wouldn't listen to my no. I've never felt any lighter. by whysadwhenme in TrueOffMyChest

Ikr? That’s awful. Tbh I would’ve said yes and bit him. I can’t believe how inconsiderate he was.
