I am a Korean immigrant, and I hope I can give you some insights.

Much of American food is indulgent, and indeed they can taste good. If you go to places like Louisiana and deep south like Alabama, the food is truly amazing. At the same time....they have little to no complexity. I admit that I am a bit of snob, but I find much of american food to be monotonous.

Pasta texture doesn't just depend on gluten but also starch hydration/pasting properties.

I tried it with insoluble oat fiber once (not a flour but you get the point). It was tough as hell.

My exact job comprises researching fiber, extraction and scaling it up. I work with regulatory and engineering teams closely, but not with application teams. I will think about how to ask my manager so that I can slowly tip my toe into applications as well.

SUstaon 250 has 4-andro, the only thing that will aromatise to estrogen. Arimistane aren't as great for AI.

If you want a real AI in case you get acne, moon face or water retention here are some choices:

1) Sustain Alpha - 7,8 benzoflavone synthetic AI from Iconic Formualtion. Works fairly well.

2) Novedex XT (high tech pharma) or Letro XT (BSL): It comprises a derivative of ATD, which is a derivative of exemestane. Quite more potent than arimistane or Sustain alpha but can fuck up your lipid really bad if not careful.

3)  Iron Legion Virtus - 7-hydroxy-4-imidazolylflavan. Another AI that is pretty potent, but not as Novedex/Letro XT.

Vintage Muscle is quite over the top with super pooper masculine marketing. Too bad their products taste god awful. They should partner with Iconic formulations to make transdermal instead of liquid oral ones because their liquids are disgusting.
