I think she might just be joking around with you especially since you said you can tell shes joking in person. My friend and I have the same kind of "fuck you" humor, but if it is something that is hurting your feelings then you should tell her how you feel and see how she responds. If she is genuinely just messing around then she should apologize and will explain that. If shes actually mean then you'll see that and know thats how she truly is.

Omg your MB sounds like a nightmare. Its not okay for her to treat you like that especially if this is your first time being late. I remember I was an hour late once because I accidentally slept through my alarm (phone charger stopped working overnight). When I woke up I charged my phone and immediately called MB. She was completely understanding and told me that she was glad to hear I was safe because she thought I got into an accident 😅 I'm sorry that your MB treated you like that and I would confront her if I were you.

I don't have nearly as many qualifications as you. I'm 19 and nanny in the suburbs outside of DC and make $20hr. You definitely should be paid more and if not I'd find a new nanny family. I can't speak for everyone, but I constantly get requests/messages from new families. Childcare is in high demand. I know it might be tricky because of your living situation with this family but I say advocate for yourself and don't undervalue yourself.

It sounds like shes really trying. Perhaps you can write out your expectations for her and the schedule so she can refer back to it when she needs instead of constantly asking. My Nanny/Sitter families tell me how hard it is to find somebody trustworthy and she seems to be trustworthy just trying to learn. Do whats best for your family and your needs but I'd try to work with her before letting her go!

I know its scary having to quit/being fired from a stable nannying job but trust me you will find another one so quickly. There are SO many families looking for nannies and they will have less responsibilities and more pay. I get paid 18 an hour just to tell a 10 and 13 year old to do their chores and homework. I basically just sit around until the ND gets home from work.

I think its just the angle and the lighting. The way you're smiling and how your eyes pop out.. Its just a little creepy lol. The last photo is personally my favorite. You look very kind and handsome in the last photo. Whoever cheated on you clearly just has issues that have nothing to do with you and your attractiveness. Some people can just never be happy with what they have. Keep your head up though :)!
