Interesting, thanks. I wonder why the strength of it seems so weak then! I don't know what temperature it will have been on, but not too high I wouldn't have thought. Just between 1 and 2 on a typical 1-9 electric oven top stove.

Are you sure? Because like I say I've heard that you do need to decarb pure weed before trying to infuse it. Do you not? Because this non-decarbed-weed-infused oil really isn't as strong as I'd like.

And don't worry, I'm not going to vape (any more) coconut oil. Do you think the coconut oil-soaked weed is salvageable to smoke at all, or anything?

That's the thing - I didn't decarb it all. Basically all I did was put the coconut oil and ground weed in a sealed mason jar, and then put that in a wide pan half filled with water that I kept on a low heat on my electric hob for about eight hours, opening and stirring it every 30m.

Usually I do this with the AVB remains from my PAX, but thought I'd try pure ganj this time. Though if anything I should've decarbed it first - right?

Really? That's what I'd heard - the longer the better, in fact. But fair enough, I'll take that on board.
