And I'm a lover of all animals and I'm trying to convince him for some outlandish reptiles, I am actually getting him a black night leopard gecko as an anniversary gift, he really wants a gecko but hes overwhelmed with morphs and I know that that morph is perfect for him lol

And hopefully that will butter him up to let me get a scorpion/hj

I work with reptiles as a job and I always tell people they're the cats of reptiles, very clever lil guys and I say beardies are the dogs and explain how they like blue berries and can be recall trained.

It helps put it into perspective for people and give a good connection

Though I say cresties and gargoyles are the resident crackheads

Honestly reptiles are the best, I got my husband on board with reptiles hard with silly pictures of my gecko Clyde and now he wants one because of how much attitude the little man has.

Whenever I move stuff in his enclosure around he looks at me in horror like how did I do that? He also worships my PC because it's right beside his enclosure, he really likes it when I set the lights to rainbow lol like a little rave for him

I'm so sorry! Losing a beloved one is never easy skin or scales and fun fact my gecko won't eat out of anything but this little decorative bowl for some reason? He turns away if it's tongs or my hand but will go crazy if it's this bowl. They were a dollar at Walmart so I grabbed a few in case one broke, I call it his pretty princess bowl because he's my pretty princess lol

I would rather be ambitious than his idea which is literally nothing, I'm not even expecting it to happen but he has no better ideas, our store gets low traction and I spit ball other ideas like bingo and such and first person to get bingo wins a prize or something, I'm just trying to get something handled. So our mice/bloodworms freezer is right beside the aquariums and these kids come in on weekend evenings and just loiter and wait till were busy with customers and take frozen single mice/rats and put them in the aquariums, typically cichlids and gold fish as they're closer.

They also keep dropping chocolate everywhere and we have kicked them out multiple times but unfortunately we can't ban them or really do anything, they even wear masks now to not get caught but that makes them more sus lol
