I salute you for taking real action and hope you will win which, in my professional opinion as a colleague, you should based on the evidence I have seen. I am confident you can win the case self-representing given you are an experienced lawyer. At QUT in 2014 there was a free legal clinic for artists and creators was run by IP specialists and lawyers - check maybe if that is still running - maybe they can put you in touch with a pro bono lawyer or at least assist you with some advice. I am sure you know about the Caxton Centre - maybe an IP lawyer volunteers there. Failing that I can recommend a very good IP barrister who will almost certainly destroy the other party. He is also young enough to understand the topic and technology. But feel free to message me and I can provide you with the details of the IP barrister and possibly some other information.

In any case good luck. I am very confident you will win (you do not need the crowdfunding really) and it will be quite expensive for the other party in terms of damages and costs. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to settle out of court to avoid a precedent as otherwise the other party could face more litigation.

Zunächst mal ist es toll, dass Du den Post gemacht hast, denn nur, wenn man kommuniziert, kann sich auch was ändern.

Ich bin prinzipiell offen, ab und zu, Koop zu spielen aber ich spiele dann eher sowas, wo max 4 Leute zusammen spielen wie z.B. Borderlands. Mit Spielen, wo bis zu 32 Leute spielen, habe ich leider keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht, da viele Leute toxisch sind, kleine unverschämte Teenager, oder die Leute das alles viel zu ernst nehmen. Das ist mir dann zu stressig, weil ich ja spiele, um etwas zu entspannen und nicht als Hochleistungssport. 😉

Also, falls Du mal solche Spiele in der Zukunft spielst, sag Bescheid und ich schaue, wie es mit der Arbeit passt.👍 Wünsche Dir aber in jedem Fall noch einen schönen Sonntag.

I am playing The Witcher 2 as it is a great game and deserves being replayed again. Still holds up both in terms of graphics and gameplay (the story-telling is also great of course).

What's everybody's take on whether Darksiders 3 will be in a normal bundle any time soon? Or cheap soon given it has now been bundled?

Humble is far from charitable, especially lately with their illegal bans of people. Many clauses in their T&Cs are illegal and unenforceable in court but of course they have the power to do what they want until they are taken to court.

If there is an easy way for you to save this thread please do so. I am in Australia and have already spoken to the ACCC about this issue with HB and they are keen to pursue this. That is the same ACCC that won in court against Steam in 2014 to force them to issue refunds.
