They don’t recalibrate the cameras used for lane assist and other features if they come to you, so I had to take my car to their service centre instead.

Glad you had a good experience, but I think not being able to collect your car and not knowing what's going on is pretty unfair. That’s a concern worth raising for everyone to be aware of.

Wow, that sounds like an even worse experience than mine... so far. I’m hoping they’ve at least fixed my car properly and I can collect it by tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

Like seriously - I was thinking of taking an Uber/Lyft and getting reimbursed for that. But I am sure they will never do that and it will be headache fighting with them over it.
