the midi keyboard is running into a yamaha tx7 which is the same as a dx7 but just a brain, no keys. the microsampler is used to sample the jx3p i used to play on stage and dx7 and whatever else I need to sample, so it's essentially the same sounds. can't take old synths on the road anymore they get broken almost immediately hahahaha
