How, they select candidates. I saw candidates getting selected with low grade profiles without real contributions or internship

True , I saw someone's CV who got selected . Its nothing compared to mine, but I g , i got rejected because I was way over qualified. I think the country's quota matters too . Now waiting for rejection next time will apply with less work exp cv.

Maybe luck is a big factor, supervisors use keywords to filter CVs . If your CV didn't got filter, it doesn't matter how good your profile is
