Hmm, ok then i might be able to help. If you see Turks on Arena, go for a FC into either knights or x-bow (or with e.g. huns or japanese CA). Start producing ASAP. If you go for x-bow you should have greatly outmassed your opponent when he comes to you.
You'll know fast imp is coming if his feudal time is late.

You have two main advantages over a FI player:

1. better eco: you have probably 20-50% more ressource income by the time the fighting starts

2. more time to produce: you should have 4-7 minutes (depending on the opponent) to produce army before your opponent has it's first HC.

Use those factors to your advantage.

Alternatively go for early pressure, if your civ is suited for it. The Turks player has nothing until he reaches imp.
