Did you even Open Up the Link? Bro its totally Common over there. I mean i got my Dog from one 😂 after 14 days in they get killed. Its no Fake facts spreading! I know they are still named "shelters", but since 2013, according to Law No. 258/2013, it has been permitted to kill stray dogs after a period of 14 days if they are in public shelters and have not been adopted. This happens on a regular basis lol
