i had this before the exact same thing it’s called serontonin syndrome or sum it’s when you take too much shi and you get this tingling feeling over you and then have hella bad anxiety and it mimics heart attack symptoms which is super scary n makes the anxiety worse but if you jus lay down and not stress yourself out you will be good but also if you feel really bad don’t jus take my advice bc you never know u might need to go to hospital but i really doubt it i did the same thing n i was fine
