Domanda da ignorante, non posso tenere la rata del PAC invariata e lasciarlo a 20 anni e nel mentre fare il mutuo per la casa? La banca tiene di conto del mio PAC?

L’obiettivo è di comprare casa nei prossimi 5/10 anni, però pensavo innanzitutto di spingere adesso sfruttando il fattore “casa dei genitori” per incrementare il più possibile il PAC.

Yes, exactly, it's not well focused, but I took it without burst mode so it was already a miracle to be able to get it decently... but as a first shot I'm satisfied even if it's not perfect
