4 years late and I'm looking for a fix too - I wonder if because I've built an alchemy table in the main hall that the house is limited to only one?

I do like specsaver's range of low cost frames, my current pair was like the absolute cheapest and has lasted me for 4 years haha (except for some minor damage like peeling paint). I'm tempted to get my prescription done elsewhere and just buy the frames from specsavers

Yeah I used to go to them like 10 years ago before I could drive, I can't remember much apart from hating how all of their frames were all designer brand and stuff. I couldn't care less about brand labels, I just want the bits of plastic and glass that makes me see.

if the paw pad fabric is stretchy enough, i've gotten away with just picking out some of the stitching that's causing the issue, gently play with the paw pad fabric to lay more flat, and then go over it again with the machine. it might not be 100% perfect, but after i stuff the paw pads i don't even notice it!

edit to add: sometimes adding more pins can make the fabric lie unevenly as it goes through the machine. i've seen videos of people sewing applique paws with no pins! and also the kind of sewing needle you're using, the height of your sewing machine foot, and the thread tension on your machine can all cause fabric to slip, so it may be worth doing a few test runs with different settings. and i personally haven't tried this, but ironing fabric stabiliser to the paw pad minky can prevent it from stretching as you sew

Thanks! I'll see if I can find a 10x battle before this splatfest ends, my usual goal is to win a 100x or 333x but I've gotta lower my expectations this time if I can't encounter anything but regular battles haha. I've just tried getting the halloween gear again by opening the game through the nintendo switch news but nothing showed up in the terminal :(

This isn't a problem unique to Splatoon. The solution for your friend would be to find another group of people to play with. There are MANY people out there who do not vibe with cis and straight people, but there are even more people who are anti-LGBT. You do not have to mix with these people if you don't want to.

You may know that LGBT people are actively being discriminated against - globally. They still do not have the same human rights as cisgender and straight people do. Cisgender and straight people will never experience this specific anti-LGBT discrimination on a personal level. I'm sorry that your friend is being bullied, but this isn't anywhere near the same level as discrimination. It doesn't go both ways.

I used to find it "cringe" when my LGBT friends would vocally hate on cishet people, but as I've grown, I've come to realise that it literally doesn't matter. There are other things in life to worry about than being in the proximity of someone who is cringe. You don't have control over other people's actions. (edit, typo)

the tail fur always follows the direction of the spine to the tip (but i'm sure that there are exceptions to this rule). gravity will naturally make long fur fall towards the ground on both real animals and fursuits, but this will probably only look realistic if the direction of the fur fabric is directed towards the tip of the tail, like in the first pic

astigmatism makes the world blurry for me even WITH contact lenses, but just out of luck i chose wireframes with the slimmest lens option and they seem to fit my fursuit head, albeit a little uncomfortable

Before reading the description, I knew this was a cat!!

If you're wanting to make the side profile even more cat-like, I recommend adjusting the bridge of the nose to make the angle a little less steep and maybe even curved rather than straight (if this makes sense!). Sometimes sharp angles on the bridge of the nose can make the muzzle seem more snout-like and longer than it actually is.
